Riley’s Running Reindeer
Florida Design Consultants will be participating and sponsoring the 2015 Arthritis Foundation’s Jingle Bell Run/Walk in Tampa at Hillsborough Community College on Saturday, December 19, to support 10 year old youth honoree Riley Mazur. Riley has a very rare and life threatening disease called Juvenile Dermatomyositis (JDM) that effects about 1 in every 500,000 children each year. JDM is a form of arthritis that has no cure. Riley was diagnosed with this disease back in 2013.
Please help support Riley by joining us for this walk/run or by giving a small donation in hopes of a cure to benefit Riley Mazur at the link below:

For the 11th year in a row, Florida Design Consultants was proud to host the “Longleaf” triathlon race from our main office in New Port Richey. Our office parking lot was utilized as a logistics transition area for over 500 triathletes for this event. This has been a popular triathlon in the Tampa Bay area and the turnout was a huge success. After the race, the triathletes and families gathered at the community town center for fun and festivities.

ICSC Florida Conference & Deal Making Seminar
On August 30 & 31, 2015, Florida Design Consultants attended the ICSC (International Council of Shopping Centers) Florida Conference and Deal Making seminar in Orlando, FL. This was a great networking event that discussed the important steps in the deal making process from development to the leasing phase of retail opportunities. The seminar reached into aspects such as qualifying a prospect, understanding merchandising, store design, and the quality of how a deal fits into the non-financial aspects of a project. Kevin Glenn, VP of Marketing and Rob Wright, President of Florida Design Consultants attended this conference at the Orange County Convention Center.
