Alliance Realty Partners hired FDC to provide full site/civil design and survey to redevelop this former mobile home park encompassing 18.45 acres along Belcher Road/Druid Road.

This 15-acre project will feature a park and clubhouse for the residences complete with active and passive amenities. Wyndham Grand Hotel is located just south of Pier 60 and the Clearwater Beach Marina. This 700,000 SF resort with a pair of 15-story towers sits on a 3 acre site.

FDC was engaged by K & P Clearwater Estate, LLC to perform base survey data, preliminary design zoning and approval services, design and building permit services, construction services and construction stakeout for this resort.

 

 

 

Hyde Park is a residential project of contemporary living that reflects a neighborhood rich in tradition. Broadstone Hyde Park is a 5-story, 259-unit apartment complex with integrated parking garage that offers studio to 3-bedroom apartment homes.

Alliance Realty Partners hired FDC to provide full site/civil design and survey to redevelop this former commercial parcel encompassing just under three acres along Rome Avenue.

 

 

Belleview Place are luxury carriage homes and condominiums that reflect the legacy of the Belleview Biltmore Hotel. This private community of homes was built with the deepest respect for the rich heritage and unique lifestyle of their historic location. Belleview Place offers 28 carriage homes and 104 condominiums ranging from 1,790 to 3,640 SF, and a 33 room Inn that was constructed using portions of the Belleview Biltmore Hotel, originally built in the late 1800’s.
