Florida Design Consultants (FDC) was hired by the Pinellas County School Board for this parking lot modification. This project consisted of modifying an existing parking area on campus. The existing area consists of both cracked asphalt and dirt parking. The proposed project provided a 82-space asphalt parking lot and a dry stormwater pond. An ERP was obtained from the Southwest Florida Water Management District (SWFWMD). FDC performed construction coordination, survey stake-out, and record survey for final certifications.
